Volume 1, Issue 1 showcases nursing science studies contributed entirely by Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese authors. The issue is largely devoted to burnout among nurses, stroke, dementia, and cardiovascular disease, with particular attention to those in the ICU where occupational stress remains a critical concern. In addition, it highlights broader issues in professional wellbeing, clinical practice, and patient care, offering important evidence to inform nursing research, policy, and practice.
